Tryouts

How joining an MLR FC team works: what happens on the day, what to bring, and how dates are announced.

What happens at a tryout

  1. Arrive ready. Come prepared to train, in the right gear, with water. Check-in is 15 minutes before the start.
  2. Show your game. Coaches look at technical ability, decision making, attitude, and coachability. Play your natural game.
  3. Hear back. Coaches are in touch within a week with decisions and next steps for selected players.
